You're the early adopter, the visionary. You're the first to buy the product, giving the company its first revenue. It's expensive and clunky, but you still tell your friends & share it online. You take the product from 0 to 1.&#x20;

Then you watch your neighbour Gary get his six months later. It has better features, and he paid much less than you did! What the hell? How can you be first and still end up last?&#x20;

That's the early user paradox. And it's high time we change that
